Terms of Service

Last updated: July 7, 2026

These Terms govern your use of the BIDRICK website at bidrick.com and our painting-proposal concierge service and related products (together, the "Service"). By using the Service or submitting our reservation form, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

BIDRICK ("BIDRICK," "we," "us," or "our") is a proposal-building service for painting contractors, operated from the State of Wyoming, United States. You can reach us anytime at hello@bidrick.com.

2. The Service

We hand-build custom "Good-Better-Best" painting proposals from information you provide, and deliver them to you as print-ready PDFs. During the current concierge period a real person builds and adjusts your proposals for you.

We may later offer a paid software subscription (currently anticipated at $39/month) that lets you build proposals yourself. Any such paid features are subject to these Terms and to our Refund Policy.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, able to form a binding contract, and using the Service for a business. By using the Service you confirm this is true.

4. Free concierge access

We currently offer a 14-day free concierge period. No credit card is required and no charge is made during it. We may change, limit, or end the free offer at any time.

5. Your information must be accurate

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you give us — including pricing, licence and insurance information, and service area. You confirm you have the right to use any logo, brand, or materials you send us.

6. Billing and payment (paid plans)

If you subscribe to a paid plan, payments are processed by our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"). Paddle handles the transaction, receipts, and applicable taxes, and its terms apply to the purchase. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Prices may change with reasonable notice.

7. Refunds

Paid subscriptions are covered by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Your content

You keep ownership of the business information, pricing, and brand assets you provide. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to use them solely to build and adjust your proposals and to operate the Service. The finished proposals we deliver are yours to use with your customers.

9. Our materials

The BIDRICK name, website, proposal templates, and underlying designs are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute BIDRICK templates as your own product or service.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not:

11. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties — for example, Paddle for billing, and form and analytics providers. We don't control and aren't responsible for those services, and their own terms may apply to your use of them.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Proposals are sales documents that you review and stand behind. We do not guarantee any particular win rate, revenue, ticket size, or business result. Any pricing shown is illustrative and is not professional, financial, or legal advice.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BIDRICK will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim, or USD $50 if you paid nothing.

14. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify BIDRICK against claims, losses, and expenses arising from your content or from your use of the proposals with your own customers.

15. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that could harm us or others.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "last updated" date above and, for material changes, give reasonable notice where we can. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in Wyoming will have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in the country where you live gives you the right to bring a claim locally.
