Refund Policy

This Refund Policy is part of our Terms of Service and explains how refunds work for BIDRICK.

The short version: the current concierge period is free, so there's nothing to refund. If we launch paid plans, you're covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first payment.

1. Free concierge period

Our current 14-day concierge access is free. No credit card is required, no charge is made, and there is nothing to refund.

2. 14-day money-back guarantee (paid plans)

If we launch paid subscriptions and you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. You don't need a long explanation — just email us and we'll take care of it.

3. How to request a refund

Email hello@bidrick.com from the address on your account, with your name and the email you used at checkout. We'll confirm and process eligible requests promptly.

4. How refunds are processed

Payments and refunds for paid plans are handled by Paddle.com Market Limited, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method — typically within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

5. Renewals and cancellations

Paid subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time to stop future charges. Cancelling stops your next renewal; it does not by itself refund the current period — the 14-day guarantee above covers your first payment.

6. Exceptions

The money-back guarantee applies to your first paid term. Renewal charges after the first 14 days are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or otherwise agreed with us in writing.

7. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this Policy limits any refund, cancellation, or withdrawal rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws where you live (for example, statutory withdrawal rights in the UK and EU).
